The forgiving surface of the 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" Omnigrid cutting mat is ideal for use in quilting - for foundation piecing, for use with rotary cutting templates and for working with miniatures; the petite size of this cutting mat makes it ideal for many quilting techniques, as well as basic sewing and crafting applications.

• It features a 1/2"" grid with edge and angle line markings on one side for measuring and cutting; the opposite side is unmarked gray that can be used for quick cuts that don't require ruler/grid alignment
